If you’re coming to Park City, Utah, for a ski vacation, the cold isn’t going to be the only thing making you shiver. But luckily, Park City’s got plenty of restaurants and pubs where you can warm up with hearty soup and beer:
Park City Ski Resort
There are six on-mountain restaurants at PCMR, each with its own specialized menu, from ‘pub fare’ to all-day breakfast at Blacksmith’s Grill. The Ski Tip Lodge has three restaurants on-site, including Emerald Deck, which offers $2 domestic drafts each weekday. The highest mountain restaurant is the Tomahawk Cabin (8,200 feet), with live music on weekends and a ‘Mountain Buffet’ with shrimp cocktail, carvery prime rib, and hand-battered onion rings.
Deer Valley Resort
There are two restaurants at the top of Deer Valley, one at 10600 feet (The Vista Restaurant) and another at 8900 feet (Untitled). The Vista is a more formal dining experience with views of the surrounding mountains. Untitled (at the mid-mountain point) is more casual but also serves a variety of fine wines and good eats.
Utah Olympic Park
The Utah Olympic Park sits at the base of Park City Mountain Resort, so whether you’re hungry after a full day on the slopes or just want pizzeria-style food for lunch, you’ve got it covered. There are two restaurants at the Olympic Park; one a sit-down, formal dining experience (there’s even a dessert cart), and the other a more casual restaurant that serves the same menu.
Park City Canyons Village
Just off Main Street, you’ll find private dining rooms (there are nine total in Park City Canyon Village) built into the canyon walls that give you nice views of Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort as well as your dinner entrees.
