The inspection is the first step in knowing the building. “I will identify defects in the different systems and components of the building that are accessible.” The field inspection usually takes about 2-3 hours with a finalized report within 24 hours from the inspector. A report will be generated with pictures and a recommended action plan. The price for the home inspection is 325 plus. The payment is due upon completion of the inspection.
