The perfect summer is experiential. That is, the person should be in the middle of things, racking up experiences rather than merely getting a tan. Golf car rentals can get the adventurer to most locations and are great for when parking or traveling on lawns is a good part of the experience. For those looking for a bit more mobility, such as exploring the beach or pretty neck of the woods, a 3 speed beach cruiser or 49cc scooters may be a little bit better. Of course, fat tire bikes give the would-be adventurer the ability to explore the woods and town with minimal environmental impact.
